Representative matters during the past year include:

·   Negotiated a six-figure litigation settlement for our corporate client, compensating them for work performed in connection with the renovation of a world famous Manhattan hotel.

·   Negotiated high-level employment compensation and severance agreements for executives in a wide-variety of businesses, including Wall Street firms and executives in the advertising and hi-tech industries.

·   Managed the production of documents in major financial services litigations on behalf of our clients, a Broker-Dealer and a Hedge Fund providing structured investments to public and private companies.
